The session was completely different than what i had expected it would be. Found the session completely therapeutic. I found myself doing things I know I wouldn't have done otherwise. Drumming was something I could have done for a long time. It was a really weird feeling because I have never played any instrument before and I never expected it to give me this kind of feeling, no thoughts, no noise!!!The session in whole had a really good effect on me which took me by surprise because usually the feeling of change doesn't come naturally to me.
